30-45 MINUTE BOXING CLASSES

Power House Boxing offers boxing and kickboxing group fitness classes. These classes are High Intensity Interval Training workouts (or H.I.I.T. for short). These types of workouts incorporate several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

These 30-45 minute classes can be anywhere from 2-25 people big and are lead by an experienced Boxing Coach! Every class is built for people of all skill levels. There is no experience required! We will teach you everything you need to know.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships are recurring monthly. In order to cancel your membership, please bring your request for cancellation in writing with 30 days notice to the Power House located at 9294 Kingston Pike Suite 101. Please speak with a Power House staff member if you have any questions.
