A BOXING GROUP FITNESS CLASS?
Power House Boxing offers a variety of H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) style classes that all revolve around boxing technique training. Each class is led by an experienced boxing coach/trainer and can have anywhere from 2-20 members per class.
We offer several different class types at the Power House. Some of these include Boxing, Kickboxing, and MMA, all of which are accessible to all skill levels
