WHAT CLASSES
DO WE OFFER?
Power House Boxing offers a variety of H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) style classes that all revolve around boxing technique training. Each class is led by an experienced boxing coach/trainer and can have anywhere from 2-20 members per class.
We offer several different class types at the Power House. Some of these include Boxing, Kickboxing, and MMA, all of which are accessible to all skill levels.
POWER-KICK:
This is a 45 minute kickboxing group fitness class focused around Muay Thai kickboxing technique. This H.I.I.T. class includes a cardio style warm-up, eight rounds of coach-led kickboxing, and core/recovery style cool down. Learn more about the fundamentals of kickboxing while getting in a total body workout.
KNOCK OUT:
This is a 30 minute boxing group fitness class focused around eight rounds of boxing technique. This H.I.I.T. class only includes eight rounds of boxing. The main benefit of this class is to provide quick opportunities for our members to get in an efficient boxing workout without eating up a huge portion of the day.
MMAX POWER:
This is a 45 minute MMA style group fitness class focused around mixed martial art technique. This H.I.I.T. class includes a cardio style warm-up, eight rounds of coach-led mixed martial arts training, and core/recovery style cool down. Learn more about the fundamentals of MMA while getting in a total body workout.
WHAT IS
THE LAYOUT
OF THE BOXING GROUP FITNESS CLASS?
Every coach has the creative freedom to individually design their boxing class, but everyone is required to follow the 45 minute layout for our main classes (boxing and kickboxing.) This includes and power-up, eight rounds of boxing, and a power-down.
