HAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Even if you visit the Power House and come to the realization that "boxing" is not for you, everyone still comes to the same conclusion about their experience. As soon as you step through the orange doors, you feel welcomed by our staff, accepted by the boxing community, and the workout will kick your butt!
