OUR FAMILY...

FELL IN LOVE WITH BOXING FOR DIFFERENT REASONS!

1) Ashley stumbled across boxing because she was in search of confidence. She always feared that she wouldn't be able to protect herself and her family. She found boxing because she was looking for something to empower her. She wanted to feel stronger and be more confident in her own skin.

2) Caitlin fell in love with boxing because she chose a career path that brings a lot of stress into her life. Being in the medical field, Caitlin needed an outlet for her mental health.

Boxing provided that for her. It gave her a way to relieve stress, while also working on your physical fitness.

3) Patrick signed on for boxing because he was searching for a way to lose weight. After starting boxing group fitness, he lost over 100 lbs in 2 years. It was a way for him to focus on his physical health while in an accountable environment.
