Our coaches have been tasked with a "PRO-VEMBER" challenge. For the month of November, we will be paying homage and respect to all of the amazing boxing pros!
Our coaches have been tasked with picking a different pro every single week, and modeling their class design after them (offensive/defensive style, ring mannerisms, etc.)
If you weren't a fan of the this sport before, you soon with be. Be sure to attend as many classes as you can to see the different styles and ideas our coaches bring to the Power House! READY...SET...PRO!
LADIES NIGHT

Ladies Night is back! This is a private boxing class for LADIES ONLY...NO BROS ALLOWED! Ladies Night is an amazing opportunity for you (and a friend/loved one) to come spend time in a community of powerful women.
